Until what time can I get the wagyu burger?
Burgers are served 12:00–15:00 and 17:00–19:00. After 19:00 it is steak only. They can also sell out, so if the burger is why you are coming, call 06-6226-7428 first.
What does dry-aging mean here?
The beef is rested unwrapped in cold, dry air, losing moisture while the flavour concentrates. The outside dries to a dark crust, which is trimmed away before the core is grilled. The venue's own menu states that its steaks are rested by the dry-aging method; ask the shop for the number of days on any given cut.
What is the seating, and can I reserve?
Twenty-seven counter seats only — no tables, no private rooms. A full-venue buyout for up to twenty guests can be discussed. Reservations are taken by phone on 06-6226-7428.
How can I pay?
Credit cards are accepted — Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express and Diners Club. Electronic money and QR-code payment are listed as not accepted.
Is there a regular closing day?
No public source states a weekly closing day, so this site does not claim one. Hours are 12:00–15:00 (last order 14:30) and 17:00–23:00 (last order 22:00). Please call before you come.
Can I smoke?
There is a designated smoking area listed as heated-tobacco only; electronic cigarettes are listed as permitted at the bar counter. Confirm the details with the shop.
